This is a page where I share all the interesting pages I found during my old net wanderings that did not warrant a feature on the Old Net Stories page, but are still worth checking out. And who knows, maybe they will inspire you to write your own story. I promise I will sort these by category at some point.

Barry's Temple of Godzilla Old net Godzilla website that is still running. Last updated around 2014 and declared an online Godzilla museum.
The Pay Phone Museum by Matthew Furman An ode to the nearly extinct pay phone.
Kitsutsuki's animal gifs Loads of retro animal gifs on this site.
Dan Simpson's animated house collection! Dan Simpson is a hero for keeping his more than 25 year old website up. Huge collection of animated houses with proper credit to the creators. Also visit his hiking page which he still maintains to this day!
Bad Candy Satirical page tasting and reviewing bad candy so you didn't have to.

Bambury Market Early attempt at creating an online shopping mall experience. Trying to index commerical websites like a town market.
Marvel Cybercards If you visit the oldest instances of Marvel on the net. You see mentions of collectible cybercards. There is little other information available on it. The cards used IBM's cryptolope technology. Cryptolope failed because the wrapper around the file could be up to 5MB large, which was too big for casual users in those days.

Josh McCoy's Antarctica Page Josh McCoy's diary of living in Antarctica in 1997
Beck Schaeffer's Antarctica Page Becky spent time living in Antarctica in 1994. This website contain several links to Antarctica related sources and is still online.
Penguin Central Ethan Dick's anarctica page. I guess when you live in Antarctica making a website was best way to spent time even with the slow internet speeds of the nineties.

Tamagotchi Page A very thorough Tamagotchi fanpage.
Alexander Massey Website for Alexander Massey, voice therapist.
Mike's WWWorld A short lived diary of a family living in rural Iowa. Contains tornados, amateur radio and of course church games.
Chinese Community Forum Newsletter The CCF was an online community of overseas Chinese students. Some of them seem to have ties to the Tiananmen incident. This newsletter archive is worth digging into.

Soft Hard Kids Nice looking fanpage for the Japanese band Soft Hard Kids
Virtually Hawaii Project that ran between 1995 and 1999 funded by NASA to assemble a database of satellite images for the state of Hawaii. Still online!
My7000 96% of Japanese people have one of 7000 surnames.

Tokyo Teleport Newletter Tokyo Teleport was a website run by the Tokyo metropolitan government to provide information on city developments in english.
Leigh Brasington Old net site that is still online. Leigh is a buddhist teacher, organizes meditation retreats, but also has extensively documented his life on his personal site.
Yale Anime Society Old website for the Yale Anime Society which still exists today. They would have their own anime library as well as bi weekly film screenings.
Kohnman Kohnman's page contains information about Taiwan, but he also made his own MIDI music.
Minidisct.com Kohnman used to have a Minidisc related shop or webshop. This page totally made me want to have a minidisc player.
Mikomi's page Mikomi is an interesting person. She did a radio show on a local radio station around 2002 where she introduced people to J-pop. Also kept a livejournal for a while.
Rayzeef's Cyber Haven Won the best site of Malaysia award several times in 1998.
Iraq Body Count Activist page keeping track of the casualties in Iraq after the US invasion.
Meadowview of Glastonbury A homeowner's association site. Weirdly personal. Funny that people just posted this stuff online 25 years ago.
I Love Thailand Pretty Extensive Thailand related page.
Save Our Sailors The movement that persuaded TV stations not to cancel Sailor Moon. Super interesting to see how much time and effort went into this. I wanted to write a story on it but it has already been covered plenty online.
